Please welcome our Guest Designer this week, Davinie Fiero!

Hi! My name is Davinie Fiero and I'm married to my local firefighter and mommy to two fiesty little girls. I work from home part-time and obsess about my paper and scissors the rest of the time, if the kids will let me anyway! Let's just say I often stay up late! I am lucky to design for Studio Calico, an uber cool kit club, and Pink Paislee, a hot new manufacturer. I have been published in BHG Scrapbooks Etc., Memory Makers and Memory Makers books, Scrapbook Trends, Paper Crafts, Cards, Paper Trends, Legacy, Home & Heart, and other web-based publications. I am honored to participate in the color challenge this week and had a blast with the colors chosen. Thanks again for having me!

Whoa - hard colors for some reason this time. And I really think we did this combo (or close to it)once before too a LOOOONG time ago because I remember my page and what a time I had with it then too. Color Combos Galore takes an Inspiration Photo, a Color Combo and a Designer's Challenge, some notes and puts it all onto one Inspiration Board.

This approach to our challenges combines color and inspiration with creativity. Each week with our "Focus On" series, we invite you to delve deeper into your creative minds to read inspiration through new eyes, allowing you to open the doors of creativity by exploring fun ideas and techniques to creating your projects. It's where color and imagination meet inspiration. And we don't stop there! Our "Bonus Challenge" allows you to draw your own inspiration from the Inspiration Photo and add it to your design as well! The possibilities are endless!

So are you ready to play? Download the Inspiration Board, grab your supplies and jump right in! Here are our simple rules to the game:

You must use all four colors given in the Color Combo on the Inspiration Board any way you wish, but stay true to the Color Combo. You are allowed to add neutrals like black, white and kraft. If necessary, you can pull another color from the Inspiration Photo, but keep in mind, the amount you use cannot be more than any of the original four colors shown in the Color Combo. We hope to inspire you, so that you are NEVER be afraid of a Color Combo! Play the challenge! Enjoy the process, have fun as you experiment. We are looking forward to you sharing your creations!

When sharing your Color Combos Galore projects online, we ask that you credit this site by providing our links and images onto your blog, including wherever else appropriate. THANKS! We truly appreciate that!

Use the inklinkz tool button located at the end of each Reveal to upload your challenge entries. Please copy and paste the address of the blog post where your project is located, not your main blog address. CCG reserves the right to remove an upload if it is linked wrong. If you see this happened to you, no worries, upload it again with the correct link.

If you do not have a blog, then upload your project photo to your favorite online gallery, PhotoBucket, Flickr even Facebook.

Winners will be announced on the 30th of each month. There will be two winners, one for the layout category and one for cards. Prizes will be given by our generous sponsors or electronic gift certificates.
