Color Combo Challenge #95

Please welcome our Guest Designer this week, Anne-Marie Teo!

Hi! My name is Anne-Marie and I'm a SAHM living currently in Switzerland till Dec 2008. My family and myself are from sunny Singapore but we've had the awesome opportunity to live in Switzerland the past 8 months. My two children, Ethan (8 years) and Hannah (6 years) are my constant inspirations.

I have been scrapping for close to 5 years now and I'm still enjoying every single moment of it! I love that it is such a creative outlet for exploration and personal expression. I like that there is no right or wrong, no 'should's or 'should not's... just personal, heartfelt artistic expression. I feel a sense of release and accomplishment when I create and all the more, when my creations are able to inspire others.

I like to capture the 'moment' in my scrapbook pages. As such, my photos and the story I want to tell are usually the starting points for me. I love mixing colors and patterns and adding an eclectic mix of embellishments.

    ah, man! another shade of orange!! aaghh! oh well, i'll call it creative therapy to help me get over this fear of creating with orange. Love all the layouts!

    So many stunning pages from the team again this week! I am so lucky to create along side these girls!

    This combo was the hardest for me by far...but again...I love the end result!

    If anyone looks at this combo and thinks I can't do it straight away...you 'can' do it! You'll be surprised at the end results....trust me! I'm so glad I done it!

    This looks absolutely perfect. All these tinny details are made with lot of background knowledge. I like it a lot. This was a useful post and I think it is rather easy to see from the other comments as well that this post is well written and useful.
